After taking my money, they came back claiming the policy wasn't approved and then had the audacity to tell me I still had to pay for half the month regardless. It felt like a total trap and a massive waste of my time. It’s clear they are more interested in padding their sales numbers than actually providing a service or being transparent with customers. The communication was misleading, and the information was poorly conveyed from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I would specifically avoid working with Travis Rodgers or Seneca Le at this branch. Terrible overall experience with people who act like snakes. Purely unprofessional."
